Endoscopy procedure couldn't have been more relaxed and professionally performed. Patricia prepped me with care, concern, knowledgeable prowess. The anesthesiologist (sorry, can't remember his name) kept things light-hearted until the lights went out. Dr. Stein was clear about what needed to be done & proceeded accordingly, taking samples for biopsy and ballooning my restricted passage. Post procedure nurse reported the results, provided me with instructions, & eased me out of recovery and into my car. Excellent job, Y'all

Love this place. I’ve had multiple visits procedures done here. It’s always been thoroughly efficient on time and pleasant. The staff is so attentive to your every need to make everything comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

The office texted that Dr Alkaissy was ahead of schedule. Drove there, checked in and prepped for my procedure much sooner than expected. I was impressed with the friendly staff and Dr Alkaissy.

It was great. On time no waiting. Very friendly. the service was awesome. I cannot believe how efficient they were. I woke up and it was over. Yay in and out in about an hour and a half.

Dr Walker and his staff are absolutely wonderful. This is the visit no one wants when it comes to having a colonoscopy ! Dr Walker removes all your nervousness and you fully know what to expect. I totally was not looking forward to this visit and procedure for sure. But my worries were a waste as everything went smooth thanks to Dr Walker and his staff! Thank you all!

I put off this procedure for an extra 5 years because my memories of my last one we're not good, from the prep to exiting the day of my procedure was fabulous. The miralax and Gatorade mixture was easy to drink, and timed perfectly so I could get some sleep the night before the colonoscopy. The check-in was smooth and timely, the prep nurse I think it was Christine was fabulous and put me at ease, Dr Umar Ramsey gets five stars, and the anesthesiologist I think it was Dr scott? Put me easily to sleep. Waking up and preparing for departure were a breeze. I think it was Stephanie that helped me. Thanks to all that made this a good experience!

My experience has been great with this facility , Dr Umar Ramsey has been my doctor and he has been so amazing, this is going to be my doctor for all my GI issues, he has been so experienced and skilled , Preop Nurse was so sweet

This would have easily been a 5 but for the front office staff in the medical office - I left several messages and made every attempt to call when my script wasn’t approved by insurance. I used every prompt I could until I got ahold of a human - who was amazing. The procedural center next door? 10:10 - efficient, compassionate, and quick. From the front desk at check in to the wheelchair ride to my car everyone was amazing!
