The doctors at this branch are great. However if the receptionist won’t make an appointment and refers you to triage it’s quite unlikely anyone will call you back. I have been through this twice now waited over three weeks both times. And once you’re in for triage then the receptionist will refuse to make an appointment for you. Looking at Google maps it looks like this is a common complaint, the office staff gets mentioned specifically in low reviews over and over again. I’m pretty frustrated!
