First Coast Dermatology Associates

Very disappointed. My daughter and wife have been going to this office for a few years now. I have never been in. This was my first appointment when we scheduled our appointments. The office made an appointment for 9:30 at 9:45 AM. We were prompt in getting there on time, filled out all documentation ahead of time since I was a first-time patient. They took my daughter first and had allocated a room for me to be seen after, even though my appointment was for 9:30am. After my daughter was seen, I was taken to my room to be then told, my appointment was canceled and need to be rescheduled. This office has lost all future business from my family. Horrible experience for a first time patient.
