My mother and her home health aide went to an appointment with Christopher Hatwell who was incredibly rude. This includes, but is not limited to, him asking them repeatedly where I (her son) was and why I wasn't at the appointment, but had requested to call in to speak instead. I was in NCH recovering from a stroke at the time of the appointment. Not that it should even matter. She has a home health aid for a reason and I've never had any help professional react in the way that he did.
