Dr. HA and his receptionist sucks!!!! First time I went they told me to arrive early. I did. Then they had me sit in the doctor's office where I waited for an hour and half before the doctor finally came in. He had just come back from lunch. I know this, because I could hear his receptionist outside the door, ask him how lunch was. He came into my room about 5 minutes after that. He told me that he hadn't looked at any of my records or medical files because he liked to get to know his patients personally before he read any of their records. To me, this was his excuse for not doing his job and being prepared. He briefly looked at my MRI then told me I was fine. Then he talked to me about his child's horrible experience with public education, because he knew I had been a principal. He proceeded to brag to me about how he had started a new private school so his child could be properly stimulated at school. This guy is arrogant. Has no bedside manners and his receptionist take after him.… AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HE"S NOT THE ONLY NEUROSURGEON IN TOWN!
