Avoid at all costs no follow up. Send wrong information out. Bad service delays treatment then blames on insurance who approved with a few hours called and left a message advising of same. Over 10 days and I’m still having to call the office and ask for my labs and diagnosis code be sent to the specialty pharmacy verified numbers, pharmacy has called I have called they could have filled same day and have everything ready to go but for Genesis medical. Just imagine in an an emergency I’m now out of my meds!!!!!
