I went for my procedure last week and it was very straightforward. The staff were pleasant, and although it was very busy, they remained professional. I waited for 20 minutes and then I had my procedure. Afterwards, the medical doctors and nurses were friendly and helpful, answering my questions.

Dr. Sidhom was very professional. Even while setting up my colonoscopy scheduling, he was evaluating my medical history. And after the colonoscopy he was informative about my health and already preparing the next treatment. This screening turned out successful, because it will matter later on.

My appt. Was 9am and it started at 9 am everyone was courteous and professional! It was cold and they gave me a heated blanket! It was an overall pleasant experience! The colonoscopy was over before I knew it! This was my 2nd time coming here and it was just as pleasant as the first visit! I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs this service.

Both times, I was impressed with the size of the care team, and how well they work together to alleviate fears while providing guidance to handle things quickly and easily. They did not cut corners. I was constantly reassured of their concern for my safety and comfort.
