Great Lakes Cardiovascular

I am not a patient in Orchard Park, but am a patient on Maple Rd. Even though the doctors are very good, the office is basically a disaster area. Just trying to get an appointment is an event that can take more than a week just to have someone from their call center contact you. They randomly cancel appointments without notifying the patient and trying to reschedule takes many calls and hours on hold. The call center controls everything and they couldn’t care less how long you have to wait to get into to see a doctor. My advice is stay away.
