Do not come to this office if you are expecting professionalism and proper healthcare. As someone who cares about patients and works in healthcare myself, this place only cares about money. Some of the staff are super disrespectful and unprofessional. I pray that these people find jobs not in health care. The Berkshires are a healthcare desert enough. We need ALL staff in a health care setting to be welcoming, polite, and professional. We are switching offices soon and it’s about time.
