Johnson Memorial Health Immediate Care

I am certain I have a pinched sciatic nerve. I'm frustrated because JMH immediate care denied me any work restrictions unless I go to my primary care doctor which is fine because i cant afford to miss work. What bothers me is that I didn't receive any print outs on how to help me. The only thing I received was an excuse for missing work for one day and I had to ask for it. No health summary. The NP came in and talked a mile a minute and got rid of me. She didn't even give me a diagnosis. I was there to be properly diagnosed and didn't get it. She threw the meds at me that I needed which is helpful but immediate care doesn't mean bring them in and throw them out with no explanation.
