Everyone was real nice. They made you feel comfortable and important. They told you what they were going to do before the procedure.

LEC was very efficient and professional in treating me. The entire process went smoothly and the care they provided was compassionate. I appreciate them.

The colonoscopy prep gets a solid 0/10. Would not recommend. In fact, I suspect it was invented by someone who lost a bet. The staff at Louisville Endoscopy, however, get a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, professional, efficient, and did an excellent job of making an awkward procedure as comfortable as possible. Dr. John Horlander was great, answered my questions, and took excellent care of me. The whole experience was organized, on time, and far less stressful than I expected. If you need what is essentially a medically sanctioned alien abduction and probe, this is definitely the place to go. The aliens were highly trained, courteous, and even provided snacks afterward. Would absolutely recommend Louisville Endoscopy to anyone whose doctor says, "It's time." Bonus points for finding places I'd never willingly let anyone visit.

The check in, nurses, and doctors are professionals and compassionate to their patients. They make you feel safe, comfortable and secure. This facility goes way beyond in the treatment of patients.

Dr. Cox and all they staff were great. I always feel comfortable when I go there and have been for many years. I will say something was wrong with the heat the last time I went in and everyone about froze in the waiting room.

All of the staff involved with me when I had my procedure were very kind and helpful. Dr. Cox explained throughly what was found to my husband. I think Dr Cox is great.
