RUN! This place is a SCAM that only wants your co-pay and to bill your insurance. I should have known something was off when I called the office’s number and got a call center in India…and when I asked to speak with someone at the actual office, they said "I can't transfer you." The wait times are long, the front desk staff is rude and inattentive, and the medical assistants don’t even know how to draw blood and take a person’s temperature. Y’all, I thought I was in the Twilight Zone visiting this office. A medical assistant who doesn’t know how to draw blood or take a temperature????? Moreover, Dr. Mauricio Silva, one of the center’s “leading” doctors, is incompetent and does not know much about medicine, which is sad considering he is DOCTOR (smh). There are thousands of medical offices around the city that you can find on ZocDoc or by doing a simple Google search. Do not waste your time with this predatory medical center.
