I scheduled a visit three months in advance and even confirmed my appointment the day of the visit on the phone. I was exactly ten minutes late due to traffic for my appointment and the Dr. had already left the office. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the office staff was rude and said I had to reschedule. Very upsetting that Dr Blackwell left ten minutes into my appointment with no call to check on my status.
