Discriminatory, Fraudulent and Unprofessional. The public has a right to know when someone entrusted to provide public health is not serving with integrity. This office has a physician’s assistant who is prejudiced, charges for services not performed, and is malicious. She refused to administer a test my primary physician had ordered based on her discrimination, but yet she submitted a bill to my insurance for payment. Because of that, I cannot go to a different medical office that doesn’t discriminate to get this test until the yearly insurance waiting period is past. This has been confirmed by my primary physician, who also confirmed that the PA was wrong to deny me the test. To make matters worse, her supervising physician and the entire Mercy organization support her in this discrimination, fraudulent billing and unprofessional conduct, repeatedly saying over the past 4 months that the matter is concluded. Discrimination based on age, religion or color is illegal. Billing… for services not performed is illegal. But that doesn’t matter to this office or to Mercy. Do not patronize this office.
