Talk about bad customer service. I call to leave a message for a Doctor who unbeknownst to me has retired. "There is no Dr. X here." Really, he is on your website. "I don't handle IT or the website." Well he was head of your Clinic. "Yeah, well he retired a couple years ago." Well I guess with this kind of help I really would like to see one of your non-retired Doctors, right? Bad customer service.
