The most disappointing experience I've had with a healthcare system. Staff at the Northwestern Medicine Department of Otolaryngology were ineffective and inconsiderate at every point in the process. I was left aghast at how poorly they treated me. After escalating the poor treatment of patients to the Patient Relations department, my concerns were dismissed without logic or empathy. If you are considering receiving care from this department, I urge you to reconsider your options.
