Hospital staff very friendly. The facility was clean and efficient. I had knee replacements and had to spend 2 nights. My day shift nurse Shannon was awesome, very knowledgeable and caring. She was extremely helpful and checked on me regularly. Shannon really went above and beyond

On Easter I took my wife to the ER. The triage nurse was very rude saying she didn't know why my wife would be there. They put her in a room and were rough taking her vitals, She had not eaten in a week and had been in another hospital 3 times in 3 weeks. She could hardly move, but they pushed her around She asked for another pillow, they said they didn't have any. The first nurse that came in was very nice and caring, but went off duty soon. Two workers came in to take a urine sample with an in-out catheter and made her cry and yell, treating her rough. I never have seen this disregard for a patients dignity and pain before. Go to another ER
