Rude staff. Anytime you call any provider you’re subject to an hour long wait and about five hangups before you can actually speak to an overworked very rude receptionist. So the way they set up their office is one medical assistant will do all the work while the secretary gets to gossip all day. So the woman who checks you in, will not make any appointments for you and she will not answer any questions about insurance.? This woman essentially knows nothing except your address. It’s incredibly frustrating to hand my insurance card to somebody who knows nothing about insurance. These doctors should be supported by competent staff. This company would do incredibly well with a seasoned manager, who could step in there and show them how they can succeed and support their providers Without showing the patients how much they hate their jobs.
