Printer's Park OB/GYN

I had been a patient for nearly 20 years and when I went to make an appointment on 11/7/24 to redo my birth control - I was placed on a waiting list because they did not have the calendar available at that time. I called back today, 11/26/24, because I had not heard anything and was then told I was still on the new patient waitlist. I asked how I could be a new patient when I had been seen there for 20 years and they then tell me that if you are not seen every 3 years, they remove you as a current patient. I was last seen in 2021 and told I did not need to make an appointment for that length of time due to my health and their guidelines. So please explain to me how that is acceptable care? I have already found a new office that has me on the books to be seen. Thanks for nothing PPOBGYN.
