Dr. Valauri and hygienists are excellent. Staff is horrible. Paid for 2 caps after insurance and specifically and emphatically asked if my balance was satisfied at the time of payment and was told “yes”. 6 weeks later I receive a bill for $351 and told that my initial payoff was based on an insurance estimate. Upon inquiry I was then initially told that the $351 bill was a mistake, then subsequently told I did indeed owe $351 additional. No way to operate and treat a patient. I told them they’d never see me again and received no reply. I guess they don’t care. If I normally don’t have anything good to say I don’t say anything disparaging because I don’t want to hurt anyone’s reputation, but in this case it just got my goad. My wife will continue as a patient as she has perfect teeth but I am done. The lack of a reply here says it all.
