I do not recommend, they don't listen to your concerns here at all. In the middle of me expressing what I was looking for I was cut off by another employee agressively. I guess one employee handed the phone off to another while I was mid sentence and when I asked about it I was told it was procedure. Just shocking and so unprofessional, a bit comical that I was seriously told cutting a potential client off mid sentence to switch employees becuase it is luchtime was "procedure". It says a lot about this place of business and I will definitely be informing my referring doctor so they can stop referring patients who are trying to take care of their mental wellness because this is definitely not a positive experience with their office. I am so happy to look elsewhere. I notice they have a pretty low rating already. Please beware and take care of yourself, choose another office.
