Awesome staff! Very organized!

Clean facilities, friendly and professional staff, immediate sharing results with my PCP, superb communication before, during and after. For all the anxiety I experienced (being this my first time) this was actually a great experience. Shout out to Dr Malhotra, anesthesiologist Paul and Ella. 10 out of 10!

REC Cary was wonderful all the staff was great. They were very thorough kept me informed on what was going on and what to expect. Dr. Mokeba is indeed a kind and caring soul, you can truly feel the compassion and care she had for patients. She explained what to expect made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any questions or concerns this center was just 1st class very busy and things were transitioning smooth.

I have been coming here for over 20 years for both colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures. Never experienced any problems. The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr Miller and her staff always keeps me comfortable and well cared for.

I went in for a minor procedure, but instead, my life was endangered by the staff. Despite clearly informing the CRNA about my allergy to eggs, I was still given propofol, which is contraindicated for egg allergies.Upon waking, I begged for allergy medication, explaining that I was having an allergic reaction, with symptoms of itching, rash, and a tight throat. Despite my pleas, the staff ignored my distress and discharged me, merely telling me to take otc meds.I later had to be rushed to UNC for life-saving interventions due to the severity of my allergic reaction. Raleigh Endoscopy conducted an internal investigation, but instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they falsified information, including my abnormal vitals that my husband witnessed, and claimed I never had a reaction.This place is a danger to patients. Their blatant disregard for patient safety and refusal to take responsibility is reckless.

I had both endoscopy and colonoscopy done at the center and am satisfied with everything; except I felt like I was chased off from the recovery stage while still laying on bed. The instruction stated that I would only be discharged when I was able to get down the bed, but in actual, I was wheel off to my car and recovering at home. Although it is a relief to be at home ASAP, I feel every patient need to be confirmed be fit before discharged.

The staff were very friendly, and the facility was well organized and clean. Would happily return for any future procedure.

Dr Lappas & his staff were wonderful! I had my first colonoscopy a few weeks ago & they were extremely thorough, patient and everything was quick and seamless!
