RIVERDALE FAMILY DENTAL

Please do not go to this dentist and her office, i had a scheduled appointment with this dentist , who was the only dentist, there that my insurance would cover, only to find out when i got there , that she was not there and instead their office staff wanted me to have my exam, cleaning , etc. with another stranger dentist whom i had never met and did not know, i refused and this stranger dentist got very rude and must have thought he could bully me into accepting his role as their substitue dentist, i did not let him touch me, also, their reception people are picking up the emails and are not passing on any info to this dentist or this dentist is not monitoring her office personnel and / or simply does not care. if i had known this dentist was not going to be there for my appointment , i would not have gone there when i did, i received no notifications , by email or phone,= very unprofessional, Please for your own health and well being , Don't go to this Dentist they don't deserve any… stars
