Rush Memorial Hospital Healthcare Associates

First couple visits I was keep waiting in an exam room for over an hour. After we switch insurance, we had issues with billing. Employer switch insurance again and we waited over a month for Insurance and the hospital to get them set up as an in network provider. Doctor billed as normal and then we received a bill for close to $300 for a clinic visit for the hospital. Called and asked why and person on the phone said they had nothing in the billing notes to explain the charge. Asked for a written explaition and detailed billing and never received a response. Take the drive and see doctors on a larger campus as you don't need to deal with this while seeing a specialist.
