Dr. Jolene Ray Key, MD

I seen Dr. Keys for 10 years. I loved her. I miss her. Might just have to drive the 5 hour trip to see her again.

She was awesome I missed a appointment and got dismissed

I really like Dr. Key,she is quick but does take the time to ask if you have any questions.She never takes long to come into the room after the patient gets in.Dr. Key never seems like she has to rush off she makes you feel like what you have to say is important !

I have been a patient of Dr. Key since she came to Metro Health . She is one of the most thorough Doctor's that I have ever met. She does ask you lots of questions at every visit. That is what a great doctor is trained to do to diagnose your treatment plan. Last thing I knew is that docs are not experts at mind reading. She spends all the time that is needed to address any questions or concerns from the patient. I have never seen any cold bedside manner period over the years I have been a patient. She is an awesome doctor in all respects. Please disregard any negative comments in the previous posts ! Thanks to Dr. Key and her excellent staff for all their kind and compassionate care over the last few years ! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a very through , caring Rheumotologist to treat your medical needs. She is a great knowledgable doctor who goes out of her way to treat her patients like they were part of her own family Keep up the great work Dr. Key . Dr. Key takes a bit to get to know. She is very straight to the point. It can be intimidating (at first). Overall though she is a good doctor who will give you sound advice and monitor you properly. She is very thorough.

I just started going to Dr. key. She is extremely thorough and very aggressive, which I appreciate. She asks a lot of questions to get to the pin point of each issue. Very professional.

My initial visit was quite tense. One quick question after another. She has no bed side manner, very cold.

She asks questions at a rapid fire pace and barely waits for an answer. Absolutely no warmth.

I reall like this Dr. I feel she treated me real well. I have been with her just over a year and have no complaints. Dr Key has treated my R.A. and I feel very comfortable with her.
