The office manager Cassie Randall is extremely abusive towards patients. She constantly demonstrates dominance over patients. Her craving for power is consistent and ongoing. I am now looking for a new medical provider due to her ongoing aggressive and abusive behavior towards me. I know of other patients who have left the practice because of her. In addition to the manager, the medical director, Dr Melanie Dance, at my first visit with her , she left the room and screamed Drug Test Her to the medical assistant. This was unwarranted. I do not take drugs and my results were negative. But my insurance provider contacted me because I was suddenly drug tested for no reason, except that I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Discrimination at its finest. The medical director later lied and said that it was a coding error and that’s why I was drug tested. I will swear, under oath, under penalty of perjury, that what I have said is true. Avoid this place.
