Dr. Melanie Ann Dance

I have been a patient of st marks family medicine for over 15 years. When my physician retired I was given a new dr, Dr Melanie Dance. When I went to see her for the first visit she spent 10 minutes with me, walked out the office, yelled to the medical assistant “Drug Test Her!” I was appalled and flabbergasted. There was no reason for this and I do not take drugs. The results were negative of course. I contacted st marks family medicine office to ask why I was drug tested for no reason at all and was lied to. They stated “it was a clerical mistake that’s why I was drug tested.” Lies, lies. I immediately asked for a new physician. Meanwhile, Dr Melanie dance was promoted to Medical Director!! Dr Dance runs the clinic with an iron fist along with the office manager. I am routinely treated like a piece of garbage on the ground. I was seen in the office three weeks ago, I recently tried to get medication refilled but was told that I needed to make a new appointment for that. Dr Melanie… Dance routinely goes out of her way to make my appointments, my medication refills, etc extremely difficult.
