I would give no stars, but this doesnt let you. I have called three times and e-mailed no response. That was a month ago, just want an answer to a simpke question.Noone answers the phone ever

I haven't even been to this office yet I have been waiting for them to call me to set up an appointment. It's been 4 days since they received a fax from my doctor requesting them to see me. You can't even get a person to answer the phone. They need to deflate their ego and start respecting people and their needs like they state on their website. It's a shame that they can't even answer a phone call or at least call you back when you leave a message.

Long wait times and they aren't even busy. This is the 2nd time in a row that I've waiting about 30-35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The most recent visit was a follow up that last ed all of 5 minutes (maybe), which the nurse practitioner even admitted was unnecessary and could've been done over the phone. Then they had the audacity to charge $210...for a 5 minute appt! And when I called and expressed my unhappiness I was told there was no appeal process and if you don't pay we will send this to collection. What I took from that was shut up and pay or we'll sic the dogs on you. Sounds like money means more to this practice than patient care.
