The state needs to shut down the psychiatry/ counseling department here. They are affiliated with, and have become an extension of another psychiatric hospital in the state under investigation for abuse and adopted the same liberties of falsifying medical records and providing fake diagnoses like it is their second job. The government shouldn't wait around on this- just cut it off.
