Terrible Service! If I could leave zero stars I would. Came to Urgent Care. Front desk staff were okay. They don't tell you anything useful. After waiting for over an hour I asked how long the wait was. I was told there's 13 patients in front of you. I only saw 4 people in lobby with me. I asked should I come back in an hour? I'm told just don't go too far it might be sooner. 1 hr later.....how many people now? I'm told 3. Several people called after I came in for same Urgent Care. They hate Vets. Don't come here. It's disgusting

This place is called urgent care, but there is a lack of care, and if you need urgent care, don't bother going to this location. They are understaffed and seem to take their sweet time addressing patient's needs. I went in at 10 am, and there were 17 people ahead of me, and at 1230 pm, there were still 17 people ahead of me. I received a call from a nurse at 1237 pm, and she asked me what I needed. When I explained that I was concerned that I had internal bleeding, she said I don't know if or when we will be able to see you. At that point, I decided it was a complete waste of time.
