The person I spoke to on the phone did not seem to really want to help or make me feel comfortable about seeking care through this practice. The person actually discouraged me from seeking the care that I was calling about. I really wish the person would have taken more time to understand my needs. I did not end up making an appointment, even though I would still like to get the type of care that this practice provides. This is an example of how important your office staff and people who answer the phone really are to any type of medical practice. It was very frustrating and discouraging.
