This review is about two components of this practice. First, Dr. Lutton's medical care, surgical skill for shoulder work, and overall manner was both professional and reassuring. The staff serving the office are another matter. They are rude, short-tempered, and hang up the phone if they don't want to support. In the office, there are no "please" or "thank-you's." They are competent, but will not go out of their way to assist. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a medical practice in six decades. Unlike the doctors they support, they just don't care.
