Dr. Berkowitz repeatedly interrupted me whilst telling him my issues, to rudely ask me what medications I needed, wrote the scripts, and sent me away. Bedside manner was horrible if you can even call it that. He made me feel like trash. Imagine seeking help, and having a doctor rudely interrupt you to push pills on you. That was my experience and it was absolutely mortifying. Find someone who will actively listen, and who won’t dismiss you because he’s in a rush to get you pills. He would also double or triple book. The staff needs an overhaul, too.
