Tri-State Pulmonology

My complaint is that your website lists your office as being open M-Fri. However, after trying to call the office numerous times today, Friday, Oct. 3rd, and receiving no answer, nor any way of leaving a message, I drove to the office from my home in Asotin, Wa. as I needed to confirm my latest prescription due to a conflict on what was sent me from the Veteran's Administration. Only to find your office closed with a written notice on the glass of your door that you were open only M-Thur and by appointment only. So, please revise your online information to more accurately reflect your new days, and please allow for phone messages with your machine indicating your office is closed and giving the new hours/days of operation.
