Dr. Keith Janes Popovich, MD

I am a veteran of many medical issues ranging from an ingrown toenail to stage 3 lymphoma, so I have seen many different doctors. Some have been very personable with great social skills while others have been curt and to the point. Some of the best docs I've seen did not have the best bedside manner, but they do amazing work. Dr. Popovich is the only doctor I've ever seen that actually made me feel worse than I did before I crossed his threshold. He answered none of my questions, nor did he explain treatment options. He was arrogant and smug from the moment I met him. I intend to never again darken his waiting room, which by the way, was dank and grubby and very ghetto. This "doctor" comes across as condescending, uncaring, unfriendly and unprofessional. It's worth a drive of an hour or two to see a pulmonary specialist that actually wants to help people. As I was leaving his office, I looked into the faces of 3 older women who were waiting to see Dr. Pop-a-stitch. They looked like… they were in a concentration camp waiting for the executioner. I'm praying for any poor soul that lands in his office, because sadly, he's the only game in town.
