Webster Dental Care Of Lakeview

I've been going to this office for over 15 to 20 years. Myself and two daughters, both girls got their braces their as well. I thought this office was a great place and everyone from staff to doctors were so nice. I stopped going and started going to the Skokie location because I notice things started to change. I hadn't gone to the dentist since pre-covid. I needed to book an appt. so I called the Skokie office and communication was not good so I decided to go back to the Lakeview location. Things started going wrong right from the beginning. I called and spoke to Eric, provided my updated insurance information and asked him get my records from Skokie and to get back to me with an estimate on the how much my visits would be. Never got back to me. The day of my appt I find out he did not update my info. or got my records from Skokie. I was told they had to request my records from Skokie. I waited and waited and no response. I called and requested to speak to Maria the office manager.… She said they were still waiting for Skokie. How hard can it be to get records. I waited again and called, she said they did get the email with the records but the email had been misplaced. She provided the estimate quickly. Go in for my appts and see Dr. Havel, and appt went well. However, he never made any recommendations for continued treatment. Long ago they use to provide recommendations when there were issues. He and I talked about possible orthodontic work. At checkout I spoke to someone whose name I did not catch, maybe Jay. I asked him to please contact my insurance to find out coverage and to email me an estimate. Never heard from him so I called Maria again and told her I requested an estimate. She said she would get one to me. I happen to ask her if Webster Dental had changed owners and she said no. Here I am a week later and no word from her. Webster dental is not the same. I wonder if all their nine locations are the same. I remember reading some of their reviews and people mentioned them having a quick turnover of people. Looks to me like they don't provide the same quality of care for their patients as they did years ago.
