This clinic used to be good, but within the past several weeks, they changed the staff in their call center that schedules all the appointments, and put new policies in place that are nothing short of horrible. They used to have one spot open per day for IVF patients who needed an ultrasound the next day to confirm the egg retrieval date, but they scrapped that policy making it impossible to schedule anything unless it is several days in advance. Also, it does not matter if you are an existing customer in the system. or that you just had an appointment yesterday, you have to provide all of your information all over again as if you were a brand new patient. This is frustrating and a waste of time. Their new policies are horrible and I will never go back to them again. It's not worth the frustration. They no longer want to care about customers, fine, there are other places to go. The only good Customer Service person is Oma; they do have one that is amazing. Sadly she is only one… person.
