When I called to schedule a women's wellness exam (including a Pap smear and bloodwork), I was told both could be done in one visit. I traveled a long distance specifically for that reason. However, when I arrived, they only performed the bloodwork and refused to do the Pap smear, telling me l'd have to reschedule for a different location in Glendale the following week. Then they tried to charge me an additional $300 on top of my copay, even though my insurance covers annual wellness exams. When I declined to pay, they threatened to cancel my appointment. I walked out. Later, a Vietnamese manager called to apologize, saying her staff were poorly trained and lazy. She begged me to come back for the Pap and promised there would be no charge because it was covered by insurance. Now, despite that promise, l've received 2 bills. This feels like a scam, and I will be reporting them. Be cautious if you choose to go here.
