Willowbend Family Practice

This review is of the office management at this practice, not the doctors or medical care. Waited 40 minutes in the room with no updates from staff on the doctor running behind. Expressed my concerns to the front desk who lacked any interest and was dismissive, offering excuses instead of an apology or accountability for a doctor that is known to run behind. Office management should be more proactive and allot larger appointment segments for doctors who frequently run behind or schedule less patients. Office management needs customer service training. Practice should consider informing patients upon arrival of the doctors schedule for transparency and setting expectations for wait time or proactively offer to reschedule if running past a certain time.
