I called them the day after a serious ER visit and I was giving my info, the only info left to give was my insurance info, when the woman on the phone said she had to take lunch. I was confused as we were almost ready to set the appointment and when questioned she repeated I have to take lunch by law. I explained that I was at work and would be in court after call but she insisted she stop my intake to get a lunch. Hope your Lunch was more important than my internal bleeding.......If thats how they treat potential patients....why bother...

Woodholme's staff was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable up until a few minutes after I met Dr. Tignor. I don't recall ever being more dismissed and disrespected in my life. When I mentioned that I was looking for someone to perform a sedation-free colonoscopy, Dr. Tignor became dismissive and began talking over me. She refused to acknowledge that colonoscopies are regularly performed without sedation along with CO2 being used in place of air which reduces the patient’s pain and discomfort. Dr. Tignor completely ignored what I had to say and rudely ushered me out of the exam room and had her staff schedule an appointment for me and ordered the prep without my consent. I later cancelled the appointment via Woodholme’s portal and did the same with the prep via my pharmacy. I’m left to wonder how often Dr. Tignor bulldozes patients into procedures they do not want. I wish I had stood up and walked out once I mentioned not wanting sedation and saw Dr. Tignor’s exaggerated eye… roll.
