 |  EXCELLANT SURGEON  |  show details

I can not thank Dr. Kanellakos for all that he has done for my total hip replacement. Dr. Kanellekos is an excellant surgeon and has a fantastic bedside manner. Before my surgery I was unable to walk without holding on to things. After my surgery I got my life back and had the best care. I would highly recommend Dr. Kanellekos.

Dr. Kanellakos did my ACL repair surgery last year and yesterday I was able to ski again. I don't normally do reviews, but he was wonderful, efficient and kind. I am a walking - skiing example of his excellent work.

 |  Dr is very unprofessional and rude  |  show details
Jul 27th, 2012

I initially went to Dr Kanellakos with a pain I was getting on my thigh, at that time I didnt have insurance but I still paid out of pocket because I heard he was a good Orthopaedic Surgeon but he just prescribed me some pain killers and suggested MRI and therapy. After I got insurance, I went to a different Orthopaedic doc for a second opinion followed by visits to neurologists, spine specialists etc. I went back to Dr, K for another visit b'coz I was still having pain on my leg but as soon as Dr. K walked into the room, he asked me whether I visited another doc and basically told me to go to therapy and he cant do nothing for me. I dont know why he was being so unprofessional and rude, not sure if by going to another doc I hurt his ego or what. I was the one living with the pain and needed to know from someone whats causing this! Thanks but no thanks for helping me Dr. Kanellakos.I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I just wanted to share this experience with others.
