Dr. Westerband was an hour and half late for my appointment. During his very brief, inept, and totally dismissive IME, he missed diagnosing my two very painful frozen shoulders. I told him what I couldn't do physically, but he cut me off. He didn't care to listen. His error-filled report and recommendation was used by the insurance company to reduce and soon eliminate my benefits. He was abrupt and dismissive which leads me to believe that he was not independent of the insurance company. Doctors should do no harm. His cursory, inaccurate exam harmed me a great deal. If you have a choice, don't see him. This form requires that I give him at least one star. My choice would be to not give him any.

Dr. Westerband makes his living not by caring for patients, but by performing legal work for the highest bidder. He then issues reports that are factually incorrect, biased, and patently unprofessional. He is an embarrassment to the profession and should have his license revoked.

Incompetent insurance company creep that did not make it as a regular ortho....
