Words cannot adequately express what a wonderful experience I have had with Dr. Maale and her staff! From my first consultation to my final post-op appointment, everything from the staff to Dr. Maale's attention and expertise was exceptional! I went to Dr. Maale for upper/lower eyelid surgery and could not be happier with the results! In fact, I feel like the results are better than I expected! My apprehensions regarding the surgery itself were quickly put to rest not only by Dr. Maale, but also by the anesthesiologist and the hospital staff. The hospital staff even commented (unsolicited I might add) that I chose one of the best doctors for this type of surgery. Recovery for me was quick with some expected swelling and bruising. The results are amazing!

I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my lower eyelid. I was referred to Dr. Maale and was very comfortable with her and her office. Her office bent over backwards to get other appointments arranged with other surgeons and my pre-op visit. Once the first surgery was done (skin cancer removed) we immediately (same day) saw her and she repaired the damage caused by the cancer removal. She did such a great job that you can hardly tell I have surgery and its only the 9th day. She is very confident and did an awesome job.

We were greeted with a very friendly staff from begining to end. All of the Doctors staff were very informative, friendly and most professional. Dr. Maaley was very warm, took great care to take her time to dispel any fears that my friend the patient may have had. Explaining in detail every aspect of the surgery. On the day of the surgery once again all of the staff provided unbelievable service and to make sure every detail of the day was conveyed in lay terms and put my friend completely at ease. My friend could not believe that the whole procedure was completely painless and her only complaint throughout this whole experience was that she had to sleep on her back in order to help the healing process. Dr. Maaley did a wonderful, natural looking job on her eyelids. I know that if I ever have to go through such a procedure she would DEFINATELY be my number 1 choice. I am writing this behalf of my friend as she does not have computor access and she asked me to add that she would highly recommendr Dr. Maale and her staff and has recommended her several times since her procedure.

I never minded having to wait to see her because her staff were so friendly and concerned. I have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. She is worth more than 5 stars!

She and her staff have always been outstanding and a rare find. My eyelids are still looking great and I would recommend Dr. Maale to anyone having cosmetic surgery or growths, etc. removed from their lids. I have referred many of my friends to this office and we have all enjoyed the experience and the results.

The first post-op visit was after well over an hour wait, then over 30 minutes trapped in a waiting room and ended in an impromptu in-office surgical procedure that had me in pain and drenched in sweat and wanting to lose my stomach. No wonder it took me 8 months to go back to have the angry still irritated eye lid looked at. But after waiting over 30 minutes to be told it would probably be another 10 to 15 minutes translation 20 to 40 minutes and that \"\"she is always running late,\"\" I decided to not spend another dime at this doc`s office. There is a complete disregard for an individual`s time. Most doctor`s certainly wouldn`t accept this from a patient and I don`t think a patient should accept it from a doctor. Also, she had been pretty late for my surgery saying she had to go eat so she wouldn`t shake during the surgery. Not sure why meals and surgeries can`t be scheduled around each other so as not to totally inconvenience the patient. I`m done. Won`t go back and wouldn`t recommend this doctor`s office - it`s a 3 strikes deal here.
