Dr. Mariam Razi, MD

I have constant coughing for one year and she didn't care at all. The office staff don't transfer the message to her and she won't respond back even if it is serious. I had allergy to one of the medication and she already knew, however she prescribed it and didn't care my request to change it with my pharmacy. They keep asking to visit once again. She doesn't listen to me patiently and office staff either. Office doesn't have email communication and their fax machine would not work well. I won't ever recommend her to any member of my family. She lost me and my husband as patients.

Dr. Razi has a great bedside manner and takes the time to listen to you issues (if any). It is easy to book and appointment and her staff is responsive. However, that's where the compliments stop. I recently went in for an appointment to refill my prescription for birth control. I told her the pharmacy I usually go to and she wrote it down with the promise of promptly calling for the fill. 2 weeks later, I go to the Pharmacy and there was no call, no prescription filled. I end up calling the office twice (yes, TWICE) to make sure she has called to fill the prescription and thought that was the end of it. Her receptionist even confirms that Dr. Razi filled the prescription and notified the pharmacy. A day later, I show up to the pharmacy and still no prescription available for my birth control. Instead, Dr. Razi provides a prescription for a drug similar to Plan B! No words can describe the shock on my face. How can a doctor mess up this badly? Frustrated, I call for one last time… for the correction. I get a call the following business day from the nurse apologizing on behalf of the doctor and that the proper paper work was submitted. Really?! Can't even talk to me in person to say that you messed up. Real nice, doc. I'm going to switch and I hope no one goes through the same experience as I have. If she messes up a prescription to birth control, what other incorrect medication will she mix up? Whatever the case, you sure won't hear back from her on it.
