Worst surgery ever made my ankle worse than ever

I consulted with a podiatrist for Hallux Limitus and was told that I required surgery in order to correct my condition. I consulted with Dr. Goldberger for a second opinion. Dr. Goldberger presented as very engaged, personable, down to earth, and helpful. He explained my condition using an erasable tablet in clear and precise terms. He educated my husband and myself the possible course of my condition. He provided a treatment plan which does not require surgery at this time. I feel so relieved and grateful to Dr. Goldberger even though my condition is degenerative which might require surgical intervention at some point in time. It gives me peace of mind that I found a physician who will follow me whom I can trust.

I told my 12 y/o daughter to see Dr. Goldberger in Sept. for a sports injury. He gave us all the options and steered us towards least risky options and testing. Now the ankle was reinjured and we are onto more progressive steps to get back to 100%. He was easy to work with and didn't push testing.

Dr. Goldberger is a knowledgeable and excellent surgeon. He performed a bunionectomy on one foot and did such a great job, I went back and had the other one done. He told me exactly was to expect, and his office was efficient and friendly.

After being in ankle pain for 30 years after an automobile accident, seeing many doctors and never given a positive prognosis, Dr. Goldberger has given me hope. He listened to me and came up with a plan to manage the pain and problems with my ankle. After seeing him one time I woke up the next day and was pain free walking for the first time in 30 years. Thanks to him I have a new outlook for the future.

Excellent doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his patients. He is very trusting, kind and highly professional. He is confident and takes time to explain everything and makes you feel you are in good hands. His Physician Assistant, Marianne is also excellent. I went to Dr. Goldberger for bunion and hammertoe correction. The Doctor was very candid about what surgery was necessary and what to expect. I had the surgery and was very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Goldberger and his staff and PA were friendly, kind, and open to any and all questions and gave me their full attention. I'm planning to return to get my other foot corrected as the initial experience was wonderful!

My 12 year old son fractured his tibia in 2 places and shattered his fibula in Jan 2015. He had surgery at the time, but we were concerned right from the start that something was still wrong. After 6 months of being poo poo'd by the surgeon, we found Dr. Goldberger. He found and repaired the problemâ?¦..trapped tendon, plus bone spurs from the healing process and made some 'room' for a nerve that was aggravated. It's 2 months post surgery and my now 13 year old son is back to sports and a normal life! Dr Goldberger and his staff are wonderfulâ?¦..kind and attentive, too!
