Dr. Richard Fairfax Pell IV, MD

I waited 2 hours just to get results of my MRI. After waiting two hours in the waiting room, I sat in another room for another 15 minutes. This could have been done by a teleconference. All he did was provide the results. My time is very important also. Its 12:41 and I am still waiting. I have been here since 10:30.

I was satisfied with my successful bicep tendon repair. I was in excellent hands with with Dr Pell and his team. As soon as you walk in his office your worries disappear.

Dr. Pell did a total hip replacement on my mother-in-law. He was giving me updates the whole time. He truly cares about his patients and their families. He is the greatest!!!!

Dr. Pell is a very professional and caring doctor.

Overall experience was outstanding, but time management is the issue. A lot of patients speaks volumnes about the quality of work and service. Consideration: Our time is valuable as well!
