I went to Memorial Hermann community ER center in the Woodlands TX on Woodlands Parkway next to Walmart. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. August and had to seek a second opinion the following day with a doctor in the Magnolia area. I had a bad infection that could have cost me my arm had I not gotten a second opinion. I was SEVERELY overcharged for what little he did. He did not follow up with me to check my condition although we told a memorial phone call follow up person my condition was much worse. The manager with that location called me and said he would adjust my bill and apply the 61% insurance discount that Memorial gives to insurance companies since I was uninsured at the time. He DID NOT and my bill was turned over to collections. My overall experience with this Memorial Hermann office and Dr.Todd August was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
