I would leave this doctor a ZERO STAR review. Headline: Paid $1,400 & Never got Full Results/Recommendations. Background: Took multiple phone calls to speak with actual DR (she handles all the stuff herself/bo secretary.) Required to pay $1,400 upfront (images and review of medical records), after first apt. (April) she insisted I see a list of other specialists before doing a comprehensive findings result. All future communication was via email and because of a slight language barrier it was difficult to understand and follow. To summarize her communication was so poor and she refused to answer my basic questions (like why I needed to pay her $600 more dollars for an MRI of my jaw) and after essentially refusing to answer my questions asking for clarification. She referred me to 3 different providers and kept saying wait until I get all the information (understandable) but last contact she said she would answer questions in a “zoom consultation,” the next day said she wouldn’t work… with me or implement the treatment and provided no reason. Look deeply into her practice names Google review - ignore the review by someone with the same last name as her and dig deeper!
