I would rate ZERO stars if I could. I went and was driven to have a root canal, without an option of a second opinion, by a hygienist at this office. Now, I have been put on hold twice for 10 minutes, only to be picked up and hung up on. Then the "dentist" says he didn't have the copy of xray from root canal. He certainly did after I INSISTED that not only did I get a copy, but that HIS office called to schedule the follow up. Now, once this "dentist" Brodie, actually looked, he sees I am correct, he has the XRAY. So, I was returning call to save this tooth that I was FORCED (again, driven from office to Malden Endodontics by staff) and after being hung up on twice, the dentist gets on the phone-mind you, Ive never met him, gives me crap that METLIFE is a horrible insurance, yadayada and that I am "Assinine". I think Ill consult an attorney, as he can now pay for my post and croen since his office FORCED me to get a root canal, not advising me the cost it would take after. I never… was informed I needed a post and crown until Malden Endo mailed my xray and advised to make apt for it. So, because of his attitude, the consistent hanging up by his son, I will NEVER recommend him. Several of my family have gone to him for over 20 years-I assure you they wont again. I'll be blasting social media about this. Unprofessional, unorganized and utterly disgusting tone. HE ONLY WANTS MONEY. Carried on about how METLIFE sucks. I asked for a cleaning and consult so Id know my copay-HE WOULDNT SEE ME WITHOUT $200. My insurance that "sucks" overs a cleaning and consult.
