Aspen Dental Incorrectly billed me and my insurance company on the following dates 5-16-17, 9-18-17, 1-22-18,7-27-18. Each time I was billed for Perio Maintenance instead of a general cleaning, I have never needed nor received Perio Maintenance. I have been working to resolve this issue for months now with Apsen without avail. My insurance has denied coverage for this service due to the fact that i never had nor needed perio work. I have spoken to both the office and regional manager to try to resolve this in a timely manner but that has not happend. I called my insurance company and Aspen Re-billed all of these for the correct service billing both me and the insurance company. The issue is that they now have my money and the insurance companies money. My insurance company is deeply concerned about Aspen's billing practice, the correct way to resubmit is to modify the claim instead of creating a new claim. Because of this the 5-16-17 was denied being too old to submit a new claim, if… submitted correctly this would be paid and not double billed. There is a deep concern of ineptitude in billing on multiple levels. 1) Charging patient at office for a service 2) billing insurance for a difference service not performed 3) Billing patient for service that insurance denied when never performed even though already paid. 4) Re-billing insurance company for service 5) Keeping money from both Insurance company and Patient. Her office does not care

Very pleased with the care I am receiving from Dr Thompson.

The care I received at this place is substandard. They are more interested in the dollar than the patient.

Had lots of issues, they tried to over sell me lots of products, realised they we added to the bill without my knowledge.. I was overcharged many times where I had to contact their regional manager to fix as the office was not willing to and kept asking me to call my insurance. With all that said I had a molar that needed a filing change and dr. Thompson worked on that molar.. I kept feeling very sharp pain after the filling was changed, went back to the office and was told it was a bite issue so they adjusted the bite three times and the sharp pain was getting worse, I went back to the office and dr. Thompson said that there might be a crack in that molar and a crown will fix the issue, I went to an endodontist because I didn't trust the diagnosis that dr. Thompson gave me, aparently I had to go through a root canal and the nerves were very inflamed and I had an infection due to the bad work done when the filling was changed, she was very aggressive .... I was in pain for 3 weeks and… kept getting one false diagnosis after.
